  • All UK orders are sent First class Tracked and signed For international orders, there are two options for either Standard shipping or Tracked shipping, please select your preferred method at checkout.

  • All items ordered from our personalised page will take roughly   3-5 weeks from your order date to delivery. if production is completed earlier than this timescale you will receive your dispatch confirmation when shipped..

 

  • All items are quality checked prior to sending, we cannot be held liable to any damage after shipping.

 

  • If you order any of our personalised jewellery along with other items, everything will be sent together once the personalised items are completed. If you wish to receive your other items sooner, please make two separate orders.

Exchanges

We are currently only accepting exchanges up to 7 days of purchase for our jewellery as long as the items are in their original condition. If you would like to exchange your item please message us via chat or email and we will send exchange information, unfortunately we do not accept exchanges for personalised items or earrings.
